Soft jaws designed around the part geometry
PA6-CF soft jaws are useful when the workpiece has non-standard geometry, sensitive surfaces or thin walls that benefit from a dedicated contact profile.
They help reduce setup time and simplify repeated changeovers without machining a new metal jaw for every variant. The material also offers a gentler contact surface than metal in many applications.
The workflow starts from the CAD model of the part to be clamped. From there, the jaw geometry is adapted to the holding strategy and produced in short lead times for test or operational use.
