Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the Polynamix website, its information and its contact and quote request flows.

Last updated: April 10, 2026

1. Scope

Access to and use of the website implies acceptance of these terms and the additional notices referenced in the legal pages.

The website serves informational and commercial purposes relating to additive engineering, prototyping, production and technical request management.

2. Website content and no binding offer

Information published on the website is general in nature and does not constitute a binding contractual offer.

Material sheets, process descriptions, indicative lead times and editorial content must be assessed together with the technical team for the specific application case.

3. Contact and quote requests

Submitting a contact or quote request does not create a contract. Any supply, consulting engagement or operational intake requires separate written confirmation.

Polynamix may reject incomplete, abusive, out-of-scope or security-incompatible requests.

4. User responsibility for uploaded files

Anyone uploading files, drawings, models or technical documentation represents that they are entitled to share them and that such material does not infringe third-party rights, trade secrets or confidentiality obligations.

The user remains responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and relevance of the uploaded material. Unlawful, harmful, infected or irrelevant content must not be submitted.

5. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Trademarks, text, interface elements, website structure, graphics and documentation remain the property of Polynamix or the relevant rights holders unless otherwise stated.

Submission of files by the user does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the controller. Any further use of uploaded files or technical information requires an adequate contractual or authorization basis.

6. Service availability

The website and quote backend are provided on an availability basis. Interruptions, maintenance windows, temporary limitations or outages caused by third parties or security reasons may occur.

The controller may update, suspend or modify portions of the website, content or technical flows at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Polynamix is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, business interruption or damage resulting from misuse of the website, exclusive reliance on informational content or temporary unavailability of digital services.

Mandatory liability provided by applicable law remains unaffected.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes shall be subject to the courts of the place where the controller has its registered office.
