Rapid Prototyping
From CAD file to a functional PA6-CF or PETG-CF prototype in under 24 hours. Structural composites with real-world mechanical properties for direct field validation.
Operational advantages
Functional prototype in under 24 hours
Structural composites with production-representative mechanical properties
Rapid design–test–refine iteration cycles within a single working day
Form-fit-function validation before committing to final production tooling
Dimensional inspection report on request
Fixture prototypes, tooling concepts and machinery sub-assemblies
How it works
Submit CAD file
Upload the 3D model and specify functional requirements, material and quantity.
Analysis & quote
We verify printability, recommend orientation and material. Quote within hours.
Overnight printing
File goes to production in the evening. The cluster works through the night.
Delivery & testing
Part ready in the morning. Mount, test, iterate. New version the next day if needed.
Fast iteration on real materials
Your R&D department needs to test brackets, enclosures and fixtures on the actual machine. We print prototypes in PA6-CF and PETG-CF with mechanical properties comparable to aluminum: tensile strength up to 110 MPa, chemical resistance to industrial fluids, thermal stability up to 120°C.
Send the CAD in the evening, pick up the part in the morning. Test in the field, identify issues, modify the model and iterate the same day. Before investing in injection molds or castings, validate every assumption physically.
Machinery builders and integrators across Trentino and Northern Italy use this approach to cut weeks from the product development cycle.
Typical use cases
- Brackets and mounts for real-machine validation before aluminum casting
- Enclosures and covers for interference and assembly fit testing
- Assembly fixtures to verify operator ergonomics and accessibility
- EOAT components to validate grip and robot cycle before final tooling
- Soft jaw prototypes to verify clamping geometry
- PPA-CF or high-temp resin parts for testing in hot or chemically demanding environments
